MeridianMD program includes care for individuals’ mental health medical needs. This connects the body and mind working together to treat the “whole person”. So many times physical and mental ailments are interlinked and need to be addressed together. Services Provided:
Home, school, and Community base programs- Clinicians go out in the field and help people in their own environment
Cost: Medicaid and Medicare are accepted. Other fees are based on the service type, luckily, Meridian does offer payment arrangements if needed. What Individuals Need to Bring: A state I.D. and most current insurance. If it is a referral from a previous health center bring any appropriate documents. Any of the items listed will be sufficient for a new client intake. Service Process: At the main entrance of the Meridian building you will find a front desk where the secretary are more than happy to guide you and direct you. Transportation: Ball State buses run near the location MITS Bus runs near the location Additional Information: Outreach into the community includes advocacy, events, and educational opportunities. |

Ball State University Counseling Practicum ClinicServices Provided:
Cost: $10 an hour fee but no client will be denied services because of inability to pay What Individuals Need to Bring: Forms of ID Service Process: Call the main office and complete a telephone interview. This allows the clinic to see if proper services can be provided for the client. Outside resources can be provided if the clinic cannot meet the needs of the client. Transportation:
